Chameka Shippy is the Director of Acquisitions and has been with the firm since 2014. Chameka is responsible for property and land acquisition strategy. She executes the acquisition strategy including land purchase opportunities, managing relationships with builder clients and other strategic partners.

As VP of Planning and Entitlements, Kenneth Shippy is the VP of Planning and Entitlements. He is responsible for conducting due diligence and obtaining entitlements. Kenneth has over 10 years of experience for large, complex projects throughout southeast.
